We love all of our clients at Criologystudio, and we want to make sure everyone feels at home in our friendly Beauty Salon. That’s why we’ve set a few basic policies to make sure everyone who walks through our doors has an experience that leaves them wanting to return time and again. Take a quick read. Cancelation Policy
if you would like to cancel or change your appointment please give us a call at lease 24 hours before your scheduled service to avoid our same day cancelation fee. All client who cancel or change or no call no show the same day as their scheduled appointment will be charged a cancelation fee of 30%.
Booking policy
-If you have lashes from a different location you must schedule a removal and a new set.
-Anything over 4 weeks will be considered a new set
-Must have 40% of lashes in ordered to be considered a refill anything less will be charged as a new set
-For booking must have credit card on file
- for clients with no call no show they will be asked for a deposit upon booking
